§  Employers can search student resumes under the Search Resume Database link by Name, Major, or other key words pertaining to the position to be filled by using our search engine. The employer can then prioritize their candidates by GPA or Expected Graduation Date, immediately narrowing the information you must sift through in order to find the most suitable prospective employees. The search will also provide you with the Courses a student has taken that relates to their desired position, as well as an E-mail address that you can contact them.

§  Employers can then access a student’s resume. Given that college student resumes are often a bit thin, Interview Me Live provides students with a student profile so employers can also access a Personal Introduction and Pre-recorded Interview to gain a unique insight into the student that other job sites do not offer. Most interviews tend to ask the same basic questions. The students are asked these questions so employers do not have to.
